Gallery 2 ▪ Petterson Studio

 

Compote, small, on wide round domed foot.  Bowl has round bottom with sides that flare out at the top.  Stem is made of interlocking leaves and vines.  Applied leaves and stems to bottom of bowl and top of foot where stem ends.  Gently hammered surfaces.  Heavy.  Beautiful workmanship.  6-1/16" W and 3-13/16" H.  Marked:  HAND MADE / THE PETERSON STUDIO / STERLING
