Marshall Field pitcher

 

Pitcher, water, vase form on flat bottom.  Pronounced shoulder where body tapers inward to form high, flared spout.  Heavy, flat top strap handle.  Nicely hammered and quite heavy.  7-1/2" H and 9" W, rim to handle.  Marked:  MF & CO. / STERLING / COLONIAL (in a rectangle) 5 PINTS / 100-27
