Dish, by Margaret Rogers, enameled, with flat bottom, flat broad rim with a repeating saw-pierced stylized floral design. Bowl is enameled in a bright shade of emerald green with a tiny bit of wear in one spot.  Very heavy for its size.  4-3/8" W and 11/16" H.  Signed STERLING / MR (conjoined mark)
